Sip City Wines, Inc. (“Sip City Wines,” “we,” “us”) shares your concerns about the protection of your personal information online. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes our practices regarding the collection and use of information through our website, located at www.sipcitywines.com (the “Site”). By using the Site or obtaining any product or service through this Site, you agree the collection of use of information as set forth in this Policy. What information we collect
Sip City Wines collects two types of information during your visits to our Site.
First, we collect non-personally identifiable information. Sale of Our Company
As a natural consequence of the development of our company, we could be sold to another company. In the event that we are acquired by another company or a significant portion of our assets is sold to another company, all of the customer information including both financial records and consumer information that we have collected may be transferred to the new company.
